Now you must be wondering how much money a cricketer gets. What is the salary of their month? You might be surprised to know that money is rushing on you as soon as you enter the game. Let us tell you that BCCI has divided cricket players into three categories, A, B and C. Accordingly, they are given different salaries.

Grade A

Know Much Salary Get Indian Crickets

The players who fall in this category are given the highest salary. The BCCI gives them Rs 1 crore in one year. Apart from this, they are given different money according to the match.

  • Test match: 15 lakhs

  • One ODI: Rs. 3 lakhs

  • T-20: 1.5 lakhs

At this time in this category, there are four players in India comprising Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Ajikya Rahane and R Ashwin.

Grade B

Know Much Salary Get Indian Crickets

Any Indian players who come in this grade are given 50 lakh rupees in a year, apart from each match, different money is given.

  • Test match: Rs. 3 lakhs

  • One ODI: Rs 2 lakh

  • T-20: 1.5 lakhs

In this category, Rohit Sharma, Suresh Raina, Murali Vijay, Ambati Rayudu, Shikhar Dhawan, Umesh Yadav, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Cheteshwar Pujara, Ishant Sharma and Mohammed Shami come in this category.

Grade C

Know Much Salary Get Indian Crickets

BCCI gives Rs 25 lakhs in a year to the players coming in this category apart from that they are given separate money according to each match.

  • Test match: Rs. 3 lakhs

  •  One ODI: Rs 2 lakh

  • T-20: 1.5 lakhs

In this category, India’s Stuart Binny, Amit Mishra, Akshar Patel, Riddhiman Saha, Varun Aron, Mohit Sharma, Ravindra Jadeja, Rekha Sharma, Dhawal Kulkarni, K. L Rahul Harbhajan Singh, and Srinath Arvind.

Apart from this, making a century in ODIs is given to the player Rs 5 lakh separately and if someone puts two centuries, then he is given Rs 7 lakhs. Apart from this, 5 lakh rupees for taking 5 wickets and 7 lakhs are given for taking 10 wickets in Tests.
